MY COUNSELLING APPROACHI am a humanistic, integrative counsellor which means I value you, as a person. I have been trained to use a number of counselling models and will use my experience to find the right counselling method to suit you and your particular need.
As a counsellor I am trained to listen and work alongside you, at your pace, in a compassionate and understanding way.
I provide a warm, approachable and supportive environment to enable you to move towards embracing life more fully through growth, change and healing.
THE AIM OF COUNSELLINGWe will agree to meet, usually on a weekly basis, for about an hour and the object is to create an open and trusting relationship between us. Counselling is a 'talking therapy' and people often experience it as a journey where you can discover more about yourself, those around you and your preferred road in life.
You have space for self exploration and development to help you find the resources to move forward.
